The Boys Program is open to boys in the K to 8th grades.  The team plays in the Mass Bay Youth Lacrosse League (MYL), which is focused on skill development and fostering a love for the game. We will begin our season with indoor practice in March at one of the local school gyms.  The Teams will move outside once the town or school fields are open. There will be two practices each week. The boys will have 8 league games, and will conclude the season with a MYL sponsored Jamboree in June.

We do not supply equipment, but it can be purchased at a local lacrosse store or sports store.  The boys will need the following equipment: helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, athletic cup and lacrosse stick.

A new safety rule began Jan 1, 2022 with a requirement that all SHOULDER PADS meet a new NOCSAE ND200 requirement. Product compliance with ND200 reduces impact forces and thus the risk of commotio cordi (cardiac arrest due to a blow to the heart area).

Uniforms can be purchased during the spring registration process or purchased at our annual preseason Pizza night. Boys are required to purchase the uniform shirt. The shorts are optional.
